As your doula, I will provide massage, relaxation, and other comfort measures as you work hard to bring your baby into the world.

When you don’t think you can, I’ll remind you that you were created for this! Emotional support and affirmation are a key part of what I will provide as your doula.

Throughout your pregnancy, I will provide you with evidence-based research to answer any questions that may arise.
